New Recipe - Florentines

The party season will soon be upon us, and Florentines are always such a welcome small gift to take your host and hostess.  While you can usually buy them ready made, they are so quick and easy to make yourself, and far nicer. This recipe uses Fruisana Fruit Sugar, which “lifts” the delicate spicy flavour which is imparted by the hint of cinnamon. 

By using Fruisana in your baking, rather than regular sugar, you will find that flavours are intensified.  It is a tip which many of our top pastry chefs are now using, so you will be in the best of company!
