Remember, Fruisana Fruit Sugar tastes the same as ordinary sugar. However, as it is sweeter, you need up to 33% less! It's ideal for using in your tea and coffee, and, as a great way to build energy for the day, get the family to sprinkle it on their breakfast cereals.
Because it is a natural long-lasting energy source, Fruisana won't stimulate energy 'lows' or cause hunger pangs (which ordinary sugar and glucose can do) so as well as giving kids a kick start to their day, it can discourage snacking between meals.
